Skaggs started his WashU career in Human Resources. Moving through various roles, he transitioned to his current role at WashU Medicine, where he manages and addresses potential roadblocks his department might face. He then builds reliable work structures in collaboration with their research community. He also helps to energize and provides a space where his team feels empowered to make an impact.
